All together now: "To Serve Man is a cookbook!" The saga of getting Sophia to take a bottle continues: today she drank four ounces from a sippy cup! The pendulum swings to the positive! I'm just glad she's waking up three times a night instead of five. I'm hoping to get back to one within the week. Sarah Femme is wrong, wrong, wrong about What Lies Beneath! Do not believe her! She is wrong! She is on crack! (I managed to talk Terry Rossio out of see What Lies Beneath. I am trying to talk him back into it, so that he can tell me how he'd have fixed the movie!) I was up late last night (early this morning) IMing with Patrick and Saundra. Did I forget I have a baby??? Sigh. I was completely disoriented this morning. In the forum: What's the worst big-budget movie you've ever seen? Can you really understand loving children if you don't have them? And what about government-mandated regulations regarding having children anyhow? Should I add something to "Why Web Journals Suck" about banner ads and donations? Got any Mom advice for Holiday? Here's a question that needs answering: what the hell happened to the margins in the topic on questions that need answering? The answer to Monday's question: Richard Cheney is, of course, George W. Bush's choice for a running mate in the 2000 Presidential race. (Note I've skipped over the Republican nomination part. Can we get rid of the conventions already? Talk about anachronistic money-sinks.) Cheney was also the Secretary of Defense under Dubya's dad, George H. W. Bush.
