Jeffrey called me on Thursday and I called him back on Friday. He asked me if I could come in and do some computer stuff. Sure, said I.
How hard could installing System 8 be?
Ha.
I was there from 10am to 5pm. I have no idea about what's going on on the show; I didn't even have a chance to sneak a peak at one of the scripts. I chatted with Karen, the Fan Club coordinator, most of the time I was there, because it was her office I was disrupting. I installed System 8 and then tried to remove as much detritus from the two machines as I could.
Karen and I had lunch with the Regent, who looks exactly the same as he does on the show, only no Minbari wig.
I didn't even get done with everything that needed to be done. I'm supposed to go back on Friday to do John Copeland's machine.
I came home and settled on the couch with Darin to watch Buffy, which was written and directed by Joss Whedon. I really liked that episode. I think I went to bed seconds after watching it.
Lies, Damn Lies, and Statistics
