A Short Entry

Buffy and running, that's about it.

Speaking of effective and affecting TV, if you didn't catch the season ender of Buffy tonight, you suck. That show totally rocks--there are no easy ways out for the gang in Sunnydale, no matter how good of a time they seem to be having most days, vampires or no vampires. Joss Whedon is the guy I want to grow up to be.

Lies, Damn Lies, and Statistics

No running today. I started reading Better Runs and that writer recommended a pattern of:

long, slow runs
short, hard runs
day off

Of course, he also recommends having two pairs of shoes to alternate between, and I haven't run out to get a second pair of shoes. Yet.
