I’m not sure the difference is really noticeable here—in fact, if you ask me, it’s hard to see any difference at all. (But I may be slightly biased about this.) Here is me last July, at Mystic Seaport, doing the Fat Mom Hiding Behind the Kids pose, at about 177 pounds:
And here I am today, after a run with Rob, at about 145 pounds:
If you can’t see a difference…just STFU and don’t tell me about it, okay?

The difference is definitely there. Kudos. I wish I were currently so resolute.

You absolutely can see a difference. You look like 15 years younger and like you have a ton more energy.

Whoa, so the way I finally get to see your kids in pics is when you show before/after pics?
I like that.
You look mahvelous!

Yeah, I don’t post so many pix of the kids these days — I feel a little weird about it, since they’re old enough now to say, Hey, WTF?
And to Google what “WTF” means.
Thanks for the compliments — I have to admit I don’t see much of a difference myself, but that could very well be because I know they’re pix of me…and everyone knows how people are about pix of themselves.

I do see a difference, though I have to say the kids have changed even more since last July… Well done!
Makes me want to start running again—especially at Rancho.

You look great. There’s definitely a difference especially in your arms. And your tummy looks very flat! No muffin top for you. Congratulations on finding the willpower to stick to your exercise plan. A 12-mile run is amazing. Good for you!
